The Training and Placement Cell in the college arranges campus selection of students, personality development programmes, training for interviews and competitive examinations, industrial training for students, assistance for higher studies, and other career development schemes.

Librarian, supported by the computer technician, ensure that students are given the level of guidance and support that enables them to gain valuable experience from this knowledge and resource centre and progress with confidence to the use of other centers.

The Cell holds periodical meetings to chalk out programmes guide their implementation and assess their progress and effectiveness. A number of talks by experts in the career development field are arranged for the students.
